Při svých cestách po Itálii, kterou absolutně miluji, jsem objevila archivy s vintage skleněnými perličkami, které na své uplatnění čekaly desítky let. Rozhodla jsem se vrátit jim život. Vytvořit z nich šperky bez balastu – ultralehké talismany, které v sobě nesou italské kouzlo a nemusíte je nikdy odkládat.

Perličky navlékám na jemné hedvábí a doplňuji netradičním zapínáním ze dvou stříbrných karabinek. Konec nitě zakončuji přiznaným zamáčknutým stříbrem. Připomíná mi pečeť a odkazuje na historii Benátek – stejně jako perleť uprostřed, která svým tvarem nese stopu benátské architektury.

Sama tyto náramky neodkládám už rok. Ani při mytí, ani v moři. Vlastně o nich nevím, ale neustále v sobě nesou energii, kterou chci mít u sebe.

During my travels through Italy, a country I absolutely love, I discovered archives of vintage glass beads that had been waiting decades for their purpose. I decided to bring them back to life. To turn them into jewelry free of unnecessary clutter—ultra-lightweight talismans that carry Italian charm and never need to be taken off.

The beads are strung on delicate silk, finished with an unconventional closure of two silver lobster clasps. I secure the end of the thread with a visible, crimped silver piece that reminds me of a wax seal, connecting it to the history of Venice—just like the mother-of-pearl in the center, whose shape mirrors a Venetian architectural element.

I haven’t taken these bracelets off for a year now. Not for showering, not in the sea. I don’t even feel them, yet they constantly carry an energy I always want to keep close.
